2.BOOSTER ID FAN WITH DRIVE:
Application: 2*50% capacity booster id fan to cater to the incresed pressure drop in the proposed fixed vane scrubber.

3.PUMPS & DRIVE:
a) recirculation pump with drives - 2 no.(1W+1S)- 180m³/hr, 15 m head
Horizontal
application: for pumping the water from swirl tank to scrubber & bleed to ash pond. MOC- high chrome
b) clear water pump with drives - 2 no.(1W+1S)- 30m³/hr,15 m head
application: for feeding clear water from ash pond clear water sump to swirl tank.MOC- high chrome
4.FIELD INSTRUMENTATION:
01 set - gauges to measure the temp and craft
5.ISOLATION DAMPER:
04 damper (02 manual & 02 motorised). MOC- MS
6. PIPING WITH VALVES AND PIPE SUPPORTS:
01 set- MOC- of all interconnecting piping including from scrubbers bottom discharge to swirl tank, from swirl tanks to scrubber and header in EEPLscope would be MS, class-B
bleed transfer piping from recirculation header to ash pond and clear water piping from clear water header to swirl tank with required support is in purchaser scope.EEPL shall share the piping specifications.
7. TANK: 01 no- srirl tanks for recirculation and bleed duly placed on RCC pad
8. INTERCONNECTING DUCTING:
MS ducting 6thk with required duct support within terminal point
9. FOUNDATION BOLTS:
anchor bolt for swirl and foundation bolt for scrubber supporting structure.
